At PassiFire Management we provide full inspections for all your Passive Fire Protection within your building.

We will survey any building, any age, any size!

On completion you can expect advice regarding any remedial works that may be required in order to gain compliance for all passive fire protection systems. All reports are presented with you in mind, enabling a quick decision making process.

A detailed, itemized list of passive fire protection defects, if any, will be presented along with approximate costs of rectification per item.

Independent Qualified Persons (IQP)

All Independent Qualified Persons (IQP) are required to be registered with the Hamilton City Council on behalf of the Councils in the Waikato Building Consent Group and other councils within the Waikato and Bay of Plenty Regions. These council's are as follows: Hamilton City Council, Hauraki District Council, Kawerau District Council, Matamata / Piako District Council, Opotiki District Council, Otorohanga District Council, Rotorua District Council, Ruapehu District Council. South Waikato District Council, Taupo District Council, Tauranga City Council, Thames / Coromandel District Council, Waikato District Council, Waipa District Council, Waitomo District Council, Western Bay of Plenty District Council, Whakatane District Council

Producer statements (PS3) (IQP)

Producer statements (PS3) documents are given by contractors or tradespeople to the designer stating that the specified building work they have undertaken complies according to the designer’s plans and Building Consent. This is given to the supervising engineer, who then provides the Council with a PS4.

3rd Party Review

A 3rd Party Review is an individual or entity that is involved in a transaction but is not one of the principals and has a lesser interest.
The aim is to ensure that specifications are being adhered to, installation is compliant & building code standards, such as AS4072.1, are being met.
